One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Customer service is hopeless and does not bother assisting the customer. I would not recommend anyone to buy OnePlust phones. Provided my mobile number to your customer service team to contact me but never heard anything. Keep getting the same generic response via email Please do not pretend that you care about customers.
