Hi,Recently on 3rd August i puchased NORD 2 mobile directly from oneplus site & product delivered to me on 8th August'21. after the usage of a day i came to know that battery draining very fast (Even in sleep mode) then i raised pickup & drop request from oneplus care app on 10th Aug '21, then executive picked up device from me to Hymayath nagar, Hyderabad service center. After the regular & restless follow-up i received the device on 26th Aug'21 (Without diagnosed). Then i spoke to the engineer who said as diagnosed, he told no problem at device being a new we didnt repair the same. Then again on 29th Aug '21 i raised service request in oneplus care app, executive picked up from me & handed over to the same service centre (Hymayath Nagar, Hyderabad). Now, today is 15/9/21 i regularly wasting my time to do follow-up with service center & customer support. I asking for replacement of same (Device is under replacement policy only). but, i don't know what is the problem with this service center/company. They are denying for replacement of same device. I don't understand why should i purchased this mobile. From the day 1 of purchase the mobile is keeping with service center & not at least sending back the mobile. I am expecting replacement or at least Refund...I fed up with the service of ONEPLUS. I would like to ask question to so called oneplus, what kind of service your are providing to your customers. I request everyone don't purchase this kind of products & don't waste your valuable time by spending your money.I am expecting replacement or at least Refund...
