I purchased a new phone recently from 1+ directly. I ordered an insurance policy that had a 14 day cooling off period. The insurance was sold as a 1 off purchase.I soon realized that the policy was a rip off compared to other UK based cover so I wanted to cancel it. To this day I have received no paperwork from 1+ or the provider regarding this cover.I got in touch with them for support as I needed someone to help me as I have no information on my policy from the 3rd party. If I don't have info or policy paperwork, how am I supposed to cancel something that doesn't exist??I have contacted them 4 times and escalated my case to the complaints team. The reply I got today after weeks and weeks and weeks of waiting for support basically told me that the insurance company needs to be contacted directly. I already knew that cause I've been in this mugs game before. My query after what feels like eternity has been closed off without an answer.
