I purchased OnePlus Buds Z and they were faulty. The sensors were not tuned properly meaning each time I tilted my head they would pause. I wrote to OnePlus who offered to refurbish or replace them for me. The whole process to just get a refurbishment order placed took a long time. I sent my headphones in July and was told it would be sorted within 10 working days. It is now October and I still dont have my original headphones or any replacement headphones.Every time I have tried chasing it up I am given the same excuses and told that they are chasing it up and will update me within 24-48 hours, which never comes. The last contact they made was in response to an email I sent them. They said that the replacement request has been passed and the next step is to ship out the replacement but the waybill number has not been generated. This was a month ago.I am absolutely appalled at the worst customer service experience I have ever had with OnePlus.
