I ordered a mobile phone from Oneplus official website "oneplus.com" but they did not ship the mobile phone to me and I did not received any kind of communication from them after my order. Luckily, I took a screenshot from my order confirmation and order number and called them to ask about the status of my order. Each time they said the had some issue with their system and I will receive my order soon. The last time that I called them, the customer service told me that they have not shipped the phone to me and they will not ship it to me because I ordered the phone as a guest. They did not even refund me. I had to call my credit card company to cancel my payment.
