10/4 - I am in the US, Bellevue, WA ; I have logged a repair request on 1 Sep- No go (The status still shows device repair in progress, misleading info, while I have not received the shipping label) ; Half a dozen Chat connects - last request 211003-003201; and they mentioned that they ll manually send the shipping label in 2-3 hours (Still no go); I have emailed the support team (211003-000787) , all is stalled; still struggling to understand the service Oneplus provides for its consumer ....what next? Can someone contact me and spare me the despair and fix my phone!Bought a oneplus 8T phone Dec 2020, Aug 2021, it crashed and failed to reboot.Raised two repair requests; one on 29 Aug(got canceled because I did not get my shipping label , and the cx executive attributed it to internal site issue); they created a new repair request US01001X210902004; On both repair requests without me receiving the shipping label, the status changed to 'Received at center'...misleading, have sent emails and have been with chat support for half a dozen times, and everything was checked and rechecked ...but still no shipping label and I m stranded with the problem! I am helpless and oneplus hopeless....so can I get my phone fixed....!
