Im trying to use the exchange offer given by OnePlus but im not able to place an order. Just keeps on poping up a error saying "Oops the store is crowded. Please try again" But if i remove my exchange offer and try to buy, im able to proceed with payment. Have been struck with this for two days and getting no response from OnePlus customer service or email's. Just waste of time and just a fake offer by OnePlus.
