I recently sent my broken OnePlus off to fixed and it was returned to me saying that the issue has not be resolved. I instantly questioned this with support staff and their advice was to send it back to them again LoL. The company is a joke and have refused to adhere to EU consumer laws regarding purchasing items, refused to replace the broken product and now have failed to repair the broken product. I see a member of staff has replied to a lot of messages on this platform but that is all for appearance and they have no intention of fixing any products. You would be better off throwing your money in a bin than buying a OnePlus phone. It will be much less hassle
