This what happened with me is like a scam as you and your product clearly mentioned that 5g compatible until I bought the phone and come to know that it's not been supported. I can't accept this as a consumer as I purchased the device depending on the high reputation of your company. But now I know that specs mentioned about your product is fake .I purshase oneplus nord ce 5g from noon.com in saudi arabia in there web site they did not mebtioned that thd mibil dose not support 5 G in saudi arabia i waste about 2000SAR FOR NOTHING as normal direct i contact noon company thry advise to return back unforchanantly they refuse to return reason the box was open !!! Sure the box will be open how i knew that is not support 5g i pack every thing back and return but??? Refuse sigh out any idea about mh problem ???
