Worst Experience ever - I won't recommend anyone OnePlus

I have been big follower of OnePlus and used almost all phones that they came up with. My wife bought Oneplus9 pro as gift. I was really happy but after Android patch upgrade, my camera stopped working and it indeed impacted everything (we use Paytm or scanner to pay these days in Covid, can't do office zoom calls, can't take pictures of my little one etc). I have been making tonnes of calls and chats with support folks and escalated many times but still there is no response or delayed response over 3-4 days. The outcome is still my issue hasn't been resolved and very poor customer experience. I would say that OnePlus needs revamp of their support services and need to focus more there compared to product as it is really frustrating customers which are absolutely key.I don't know what I can do further but I won't recommend this phone to anyone else from now on.
