I had ordered for a new one plus 9 pro on the day pre orders started- at that point it was shown as a dual sim phone. when I received the phone, it was a single sim. I sent it back on 1st April the phone was inspected on 2nd April and I have still not received my refund. I have used calls and chats with customer service and all I get is that this is escalated and someone will get back in 24 hours. Its been almost a month now and I have no solution. Really frustrated and disappointed.Update: I have reached out several times from the last 2 weeks and i still do not have any update on my refund
