I have had OnePlus 6T for about 2 years and about 6 months the battery started to drain badly. This resulted into having to charge my device several times a day.I contacted CS via Facebook for some help about 4 months ago. After explaining my situation they advised me to send my files through the CS platform. Since then nothing happened and despite several chats on FB nobody seems to care. They keep saying they are looking into this but unable to give a time frame in which I should expect a reply or update.After reading reviews here, it is clear this is unlikely to happen. OnePlus please don't answer with your usual ”Our sincere apologies concerning all the issues that you have faced. We regret making you feel this way" or "Rest assured, we will go ahead and forward your case to our dedicated department so they can expedite the resolution at the earliest" as you clearly are not sincere and not interested into helping customers like me.It seems to be there is a general problem with battery life on OnePlus 6T and due to the terrible "I don't care approach* my family and I as well as my business won't be using any OnePlus devices in the future.
