Aweful experience. I have a phone that nearly caught fire. Woke up in the middle of the night to smoke and a stench.. Pretty scary stuff... I contacted support to make them aware of this, maybe charger + phone port issue. They asked me for all the phone info, purchase date etc.. They then asked me to send the device in. I thought wow, how proactive of them. Then I got sent an invoice for repairs?!?! I never asked for repairs. Now they have my phone, and I'm waiting for it to be sent back. God knows when. Complete sham of customer support.Warp charger = Warp fire.. Buyer beware...
