I just ordered my third one plus phone, the phones are fantastic but the appalling customer service would stop me buying from this company again. My phone was never delivered by DPD the courier company had a made up name signing for the phone and the photographic proof was missing, so clearly scammed by the courier driver. I contacted one plus support they said they would launch an investigation taking 5 days, then send a new phone. I had no acknowledgement of the investigation so had to call back and one was sent the next day. I had no further contact from them so called back 5 days later, and was then told I had to fill in a form and get a police report or they could not do anything to replace my phone that was never delivered. 5 more days went by and no contact from one plus. I called again and then was told they would now send a replacement that would take 5 more days, so fingers crossed it will arrive. In trying to contact them I was cut off 5 times while talking to their customer service team, not once did they call me back and not once did they contact me to let me know what was happening, I had to constantly chase them. The tone of their service people is also not good, it makes you feel that they really do not care one bit about supporting their customers. What other company that had no proof of delivery would ask their customer to get a police report before they would look into replacing an undelivered phone. Brilliant phones but worst customer service I have ever experienced and looking at the reviews I am not alone. I have been recommending one plus for years, but after this I will be telling people to stay well away. Such a shame
