Like many others I was punished for pre-ordering and got my useless water bottle instead of a decent case and earbuds for the same price. Then, the phone starts randomly resetting every 15 minutes. Support didn't even bother asking any questions, telling me instead to send it back for replacement. Now, to me, that means it's a known issue, or a huge screw-up. Stupid me was thinking that would mean they'd send out a replacement immediately without the need for the full return to be processed. Nope. I have to now wait for my phone to be shipped halfway across the country, go through a three day processing time, and then, I might get a new one. What a joke. My old phone is dead. Now I'm stuck with what is a lifeline for me (use uber to get everywhere) because of their botched phone release and terrible customer service. If I didn't hate samsung's UI so much, I would have bought an s20. At least I'd know it would get to me in a reasonable time.EDIT: I'm not sure what number you need.
