Brought the wireless bullets 2 and one side broke after 6 months. Send an email to the support address and received an update a day later with the request of additional information. Replied to the email and it went silence for about 4-5 weeks. I sent another email 2 weeks later and still no response. So now I tried to call them but the phone number on the website is not in use. (Dutch) probably the most expensive earphones I bought.
