I ordered a glacial green one plus 8 Pro on 14th June 2020 and made the full payment.I was asked to wait for 10-15 days as it would take some time to ship the phone and get it in the store due to the lockdown. I was fine with it. But later when the phone arrived to the store. The store manager sold the phone to another customer as the customer was ready to pay more money for the colour of the phone that i ordered and also made a full payment. Ofcourse i was upset and contacted the customer service and they ensured that they would look into it. After a day or two they contacted back and said that i would be getting the same phone of my choice and they have spoken to the store manager. But the store people are asking me to buy some other colour and they will not be able to get me the colour i want as the colour is out of stock. Its not my fault that the manager sold the phone to the wrong customer and nor my problem if the phone is out of stock.I made the full payment i need proper service for that. So disappointed with the service.They have such an inefficient staff. Its 14th July 2020 today, despite making full payment on the same day that i ordered the phone i do not have the phone with me, its been a month. Very inefficient staff and service.Very disappointed.
