I purchased two One Shot Miner units with the expectation that they would function as advertised. Shortly after completing my order, I was contacted by someone from your company attempting to upsell me to a larger unit. During that conversation, I was told that the smaller miners I had purchased were essentially “desk ornaments” and would not meaningfully mine due to their low hash rate.This statement directly contradicts how the product is marketed. If these units are not intended to produce meaningful results, that should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase—not after the sale during an upsell attempt.Within one hour of placing the order, I requested that it be canceled. I was told I would receive a cancellation confirmation email, which never arrived. Despite this, the order was still processed and shipped, which should not have occurred given the immediate cancellation request.As a result of this experience, I have contacted my bank regarding the charge. I would have preferred a straightforward cancellation and the opportunity to make an informed decision about a higher-end unit, but the process was handled poorly.Based on the misleading positioning, upsell approach, and lack of proper order control, I will not be recommending this product or company to others.
