I am appalled by the the business strategy of this company. Joe Grima who is the manager of the manufacturing I believe us a rude incompetent worker not interested in providing proper work to customer satisfaction.also seems he is the main decision maker of the business as the administration and management is not able to retrain or correct his ill diplomacy or make him to change business strategy.Thank to Cassandra who put a great effort being in a middle of the hustle.Yet not even her or the management were able to change anything. Joe Grima is the one that runs all of them by the look of it.AVOID or you regret it like I did, and I was a long term customer.
