Poor product quality & customer service

One of the earbuds broke for no apparent reason just after 12 months & I was told by their CS team “so sorry, this shouldn’t happen…” but then was informed that because the product was outside warranty, they weren’t going to help me to fix or replace it. I was only offered a discount to purchase another pair. Why would I want to buy another pair if the first one fell apart just after a year?? Terrible customer service and the experience demonstrates that they don’t stand behind the quality of their product. I also had numerous occasions of 1 of the buds not syncing & issues with sound quality… which I overlooked. But when the thing just fell apart as I was lifting it out of the case, I couldn’t really ignore that! Buyer beware!
