Had a small problem with the back of one of the BXS-HD1. Emailed Onesonic and they said free post them back to them and they would look at them. Posted on a Thursday and they sent me back a new pair on the following Wednesday. How can you fault customer service like that. I would have been happy if they had fixed the old pair. Great sound, connectivity and overall a great product with a great follow up service. I will be buying more of their products.
