I completed my intensive course with an instructor and had a mixed experience overall. The course itself was beneficial and prepared me well for the test. However, communication and organization could be improved. It was challenging to reach the office by phone, and often I had to directly contact my instructor for assistance. Additionally, some arrangements were made last minute, which added unnecessary stress. I appreciate the support but hope the organization can be enhanced in the future.
