If I could rate them lower, I would. I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. I had previously bought their products from a major retailer, so I thought ordering directly would be fine. Their return policy is misleading; they only offer store credit, and this is not clearly stated on their site. Crooks! They should be out of business, and the products are overpriced and subpar.
