I ordered a piece through FP, then decided to order more directly from them, but was turned off by their “big business” policies. I ordered almost $350.00 worth of items. They had a promotion for a key chain that I qualified but forgot to hit the right button. 10 secs. later wrote and asked if they could please include it in my order. They refused.Super lame. I don’t want to do business with a company with such ridiculously ridged “policies”.Yup they lost a customer over a KEY CHAIN!Truly, Julie Thomas
