HORRIBLE retail experience. I'd say it's verging on the criminal actually, except it's not verging at all ... it's flat out theft!! I placed an order, three items "fell off" the order, because apparently there were out of stock (IN THE 9 DAYS it took them to finally get around to packing my order!!!), even though when the order was placed they were in stock..... THEN the order has these three items deleted from it ... I get a refund for ONE OF THEM!!! But they decide to take the postage cost away from the refund on this item, making it much less of a refund than what was paid !?!?!?! I mean WHAT!?! .... Then 2 items that were paid for, but couldn't be sent WEREN"T EVEN REFUNDED!! Even though I got an email from them saying that they'd be refunded. So basically they just stole my money a few times. THEN ... I get the order and an additional two items are missing from the Package !!!!! Like SERIOUSLY!!! This is called theft One Teaspoon. You are pathetic, and I've just written an email to the Department of Fair Trading. Have fun with that. I hope they take your trading license away you pack of underhanded thieves. .... Oh, and to top it all off? A pair of Jeans I received LITERALLY had the top button missing on them. Just a flat out joke, how are you still in business???
