Wow wow wow this man has given himself a 5 star review on 19th Feb 2025 - for information the dog that was picked up by a lady was bought as an assistance dog to help my neighbours daughter, when he first arrived he was petrified of the stairs and it was obvious he hadn't had much training, I said from the start that the dog wasn't right, he was panting all the time and when he was checked over he whimpered when certain areas were touched - was this due to the fact that Mr Metcalfe dragged this dog down the stairs ????? The dog became very aggressive so my neighbour contacted Rob and he said the dog would be picked up ASAP and a refund given, do not quote me on this but it was nearly a week before a scruffy lady in a van turned up, my neighbour wasn't happy that she was offering Scottish notes and asked for English notes, she was very stubborn and acted entirely dumb about getting it changed or going to an ATM - after about 15 mins she got out the van with the money in English notes, I was witness to all that went on and the lady was not attacked, unfortunately the dog had to be handed over to the lady once money was handed over - the lady was very intimidating which is not ideal when you are working with vulnerable people - DO NOT believe a word that the lady who works with Rob says
