Rob was very friendly and listened to everything we had to say about our training needs for our two dogs - yorkshire terrier and West highland terrier. Within less than a minute of taking each of our boys out on an initial assessment walk, both boys were extremely well behaved - it was absolutely amazing to see. The plan that Rob has suggested and the immediate response from our two dogs has given me confidence in getting to the results we are looking for. 100% happy with the results already.
