We met Rob and Jane today for the first time to discuss residential training for our Belgian Malinois. During the assessment Rob already addressed some of the issues and provided us with helpful information. Instead of residential training Rob suggested a different approach that would not only involve us much more but also be more cost efficient.We very much liked Rob's straight forward, confident approach, open talking and getting us a lot involved...Looking forward to next time...thank you!
