Laura has planned three trips for us to Disneyland Paris and each one has been seamless. Laura is brilliant at what she does and nothing is too much trouble. She is very professional and knowledgable and one of her USPs is definitely how fast her response time is. Laura goes above and beyond to check that every element of your holiday is planned exactly as you wanted and regularly checks in with clients in the lead up to the holidays. I needed to ask a question about transfers while away this time and Laura came back to me with a response within 10 mins and the query I had was immediately sorted. With a trip like Disney, where there are lots of elements to be organised, I wouldn’t hesitate to use anyone but Laura. This definitely won’t be our last visit or our last holiday through Laura and I would highly recommend her services to friends and family who want a professional and dedicated travel agent service.
