Lack of Transparency Regarding Overdraft Protection

One aspect I find frustrating is that the service doesn't inform users about their overdraft protection if they prefer not to have it. As a result, merchants access funds from my account without my consent. When I reached out to the support team, I was told I needed to disable that feature after already incurring a significant fee. This feels unfair.
