I left a review six days ago and am compelled to do so again. This broker has been very unprofessional regarding withdrawals. I requested a card withdrawal on 11/27, and over ten business days have elapsed without resolution. The only feedback I've received from support is vague and unhelpful. Despite following up with additional information, I have received no response. My previous withdrawal was processed quickly, but now it feels like everything is significantly delayed. I hope to get clarity on why my 11/27 request has not been processed.
