Horrible service. I ordered the piece of flooring and the night it shipped it was marked damaged. That Thursday I called and inquired about it because they hadn’t shipped a new piece out. Then again the next Monday and was informed that getting the piece to me in a timely manner was not their job. Definitely won’t be buying from them again.
