We trusted Goody for Employee Appreciation Day--on the surface, what a great solution! We can get each employee a little gift while making sure they get exactly what they want!I was given a budget from work, so I loaded a balance into my Goody account from my work credit card. Because we have an odd number of employees, I listed my personal credit card in my account, as well, with the intention of personally contributing what was needed to cover gifts for our entire staff.Imagine my surprise when, after a day of staff members claiming their gifts, I found that the gifts weren't coming from the balance contributed from my work credit card, but my personal credit card! I reached out to support to explain my intention and understanding, and requesting that this be remedied.I was told that moving forward, future gifts will be coming out of the balance, not my personal credit card. However, they would not refund the charges to my personal card and deduct from the balance. I was told by Abby via website chat that they are very sorry, but there's no way they can make this right.I asked why, so I could explain that to you, dear reader, but have not received a satisfactory response.I'll never use Goody again.
