Fast customer support response, but huge lack of ability in righting the wrongs. This principle should be a no brainer for a startup to succeed. I was gifted from a vendor of ours and the address autofilling on the platform did not respect my address choice (which was correct). The platform chose to ship to a default, random address upon getting my order confirmation. Reached out to customer support, and they said there is nothing they can do. Now, it's just shipped to wrong address and I'm sure my vendor just wasted money and same with Goody. Great idea, but not recommended and I don't see them succeeding until they start becoming more customer-centric and fix obvious issues in their platform that probably impacted way more people than myself.
