My experience using this online portal has not been enjoyable! Since the recent update, it's worse than before! I keep getting automatically logged out during games. This is unacceptable. There should be a way to file complaints. Initially, I had to threaten them for a refund because I couldn't access my account. Two strikes, and if there's a third, I will leave this platform and request my profile be removed. Other platforms may have issues, but their customer service is much better.
