I sent my silver bullion and it says it was received on the 31st of January. After contacting them, they assured me I’d receive notification that my payment was sent out on the 24th of February. That day came and went. Contacted them again, said it would be the first of March if not earlier. Still, nothing. I can only talk to bots, no human is contacting me with an explanation. I’m starting to be very concerned as it was a large order.
Update: Received a phone call from friendly customer service agent. After speaking to representative, I feel more comfortable and was told my order will be expedited. They currently are overwhelmed with transactions due to demand. 3/4/26
