I ordered a head unit for my 17-year-old son, who is a senior in high school, excels academically, and is the captain of his wrestling team. I feel fortunate to have him. I placed the order on 12-3-25 from a certain online retailer. When I called on 12-10-25 to check on my order, I was told it was a special item that would take 10 days to arrive. I thought that was reasonable. However, as of today, 12-23-25, I still have not received my order or any updates. I've spent the last two weeks on hold trying to get information. I've now requested a full refund because I need to buy something locally. I would recommend ordering through a more reliable platform instead. I found the same unit at a lower price elsewhere, and I’m confident it would have arrived on time. It’s frustrating to be charged for an item that isn’t even in stock. They should have waited to charge my card until they had the product. This feels like a scam, and it’s not worth the extra cost. It seems like they just take your money and order from another source. I doubt they even have their own inventory. Please don’t let them ruin your holiday season like they have mine. Do your research and find the item from another seller. I would have preferred to buy from a one-star seller on another platform at this point. Honestly, this has been a terrible experience, and I’m not alone in my frustrations.
