My experience was interesting after completing the first course. I had to call the support worker to see what was going on since the course had read resume and the worker said I completed the course so a little confused with that. And having to submit a completion button for the certificate and inserting a downloaded screenshot saying the course had already been paid for. But all in all, the support worker was very helpful and appreciative over the phone.
