Everything was well explained and I felt confident that I was getting good advice on the medication in question. I would comment that some of the questions that one had to answer only had "Yes" or "No" answers, but they concerned things that could vary from time to time; one question in particular I had to answer "No" when the more truthful answer would have been sometimes or, even, occasionally. This is a small beef, but I was rather irritated by it and I was hesitant as to how to answer. But the service was excellent and I received an answer quickly and the medication arrived the next day.
