I am wanting to go on injections for weight loss but change providers due to the cost it went up to so ended up having to have a break and start again.Went through the numous questions they as, which is fine. They then took the money out of my account and asked me to do a video of myself getting on and of the scales and give I/d for myself. Which I ended up doing 6 times and each time it wouldn’t go through.In the end I have had to ask for a refund as it wasn’t going to happen for me.All afternoon I have been trying to do this. I haven’t got enough wrong with me to get it from the drs as I need a hip replacement. I understand they can just give this to anybody, they have to make checks but come on make it easier time wise to get.
