Ordered a perscription and paid for next day delivery, that was 7th Nov, it is now 27th nov, money paid no delievery. When contacting Lloyds they simply forward to their partners. Not good enough, my purchase is with lloyds not their partner company, so why am i having to go backwards and forwards with no solution and still no delivery. £50 down and next day delivery payment wasted.Avoid this company and go to Boots.
