The consultation was great and went through very quickly, within 10mins. This is where it went wrong. The order was approved before the 5pm cut off date (16:30) for next day delivery. By the following day (13:00) I still had received any notification that the product had been shipped, so I followed up asking why the next day delivery target had not been met and I should’ve refunded my fee. I received a response from the customer service apologising for the delay and confirming the order will be sent out that day and they will refund the Next Day delivery charge. The following day I had still not received any confirmation that the order had been shipped, despite Evri confirming they were expecting the order. It is now the fourth day since the order was placed and I have still not received my medication. Whilst this is not critical medicine if it were I’d be in a rather difficult position of if I were reliant on the next day service. Now this could be the fault of Evri however they have confirmed that they have yet to receive the order. This is poor service
