Really not very happy with this supplier. I have had mounjaro pens from several pharmacies over the past 9 months but these have you jumping through far too many hoops. I applied from my PC but they want me to upload a live video via a mobile. Prerecorded and then uploaded to the website is not acceptable to them. I am in my 60's and only use a mobile for calls and texts and when I try log in on the mobile it does not allow me to log in with the same log in details as used on the PC! Now I'm being told to set up a second account after I have paid via the first! I suppose best I can hope for is a refund without having my card supplier get it back for me.LLoyds Pharmacy, never again.
