Got the script fine, but needed same day collection so chose from their limited list of pharmacies. Tried to ring that pharmacy three times to confirm it was ready for collection but it just rang out. Turned up there only to be told they don’t have the medication in stock. Rang Lloyd Pharmacy back to tell them, no apology but did say they’d process a refund (2-4 days before it gets back in your account of course!). So service works but I’d only recommend if you know the pharmacy you are collecting from to know what their service is like.
