I used the service to submit a Confirmation statement for which I paid £80. Shortly after, I received an email indicating that the document needed to be submitted. When I reached out to inquire, I was promised a response within two days but received none. Instead, I was inundated with emails urging me to submit the Confirmation statement urgently. Believing something had gone wrong, I paid another £80 for the registration, only to discover it had already been completed a week earlier. I've now paid twice for the same service due to misleading information from the provider. I've made multiple calls, but it's impossible to reach anyone.
