I used this company for filing my company's confirmation statement to file with companies house last month. They took the fee in the very start of filing. During filing process I had experienced difficulty, but unfortunately there was no help. Then I cancelled my order via online chat, the agent at that time agreed to cancel and refund my payment . later they refused to refund make lame excuses. Please don't use this company otherwise you will loose your money.
