Ordered from here with the knowledge that the grooming kit box was due to come back in stock and as per their website, dispatch would be between 7 - 14 days from order date. First of all, I never received an order confirmation (this should have been red flag #1). I had to email twice to chase an order confirmation (red flag #2). 14 days pass and I've still had no update or dispatch email. I emailed to request an update or a refund on day 14 or 15 to be told they are due stock in that day and they will send my order on their special delivery. I had also ordered a curry comb and lead rope, that on their website, claimed to be in stock. There was no offer to send out these items separately. 4 days later, I've still no update or delivery. Had to request a refund. Not really sure why you're still taking peoples money for items that are not in stock or accepting orders for items not in stock when you cannot stick to your own dates, that you provided, on your own website. I will say that after chasing an email confirmation, the response times have been good but I will not be ordering from here again. If you actually want to receive the items you've paid for, I suggest you don't order from here either.
