I somehow ended up with my information being shared after contacting another service, which left me confused. When I reached out to the original service, I was informed by a representative that the company I was dealing with was a scam, even providing a screenshot of an FBI report. Things took a turn for the worse when I paid a fee for assistance and dealt with a very aggressive representative who requested my personal tracking information related to my unfortunate experience. During our call, I overheard the representative and a colleague making disrespectful remarks about other customers, which was particularly upsetting given my background in supporting a special needs child. I was promised further information within days, but after two weeks, I received a vague spreadsheet with minimal details. It felt like my shared information might have been passed on to other scammers. I ended up blocking the service on WhatsApp as they demanded more money for additional information that was hardly useful. This has been a frustrating experience, leaving me feeling even more scammed.
