Being a diligent online consumer I checked that what I wanted was in stock before ordering as I understand that online stock levels may not be accurate.Online stockist confirmed that what I wanted was in stock so I ordered immediately and also let them know through our WhatsApp conversation that I had just ordered. A few days pass and my order status hadn't moved and I wasn't too concerned as not everyone can deliver as quickly as Amazon.Then they contact me wanting me to purchase a different product instead. I immediately told them that I don't want this one and would like an immediate refund so I can purchase what I want from someone else as they had my money for almost a week and didn't have my ordered product in stock. They said they would do this, but they did not, so I had to go through the long PayPal process to get a refund. Basically I was without my funds for about three weeks as they didn't want to tell the truth about not having something in stock, so they could try to pull a bait and switch.I'll never be going back to shop with them. If they were honest and responsive I would have gladly shopped there again, but they were neither.
