AVOID! Summary: your product won't arrive when they say it will and they're not that bothered about it! I strongly advise avoiding this company due to their unreliable delivery and almost non-existent customer service. I initially scheduled a delivery for Wednesday 8th, taking a day off specifically to take delivery and lay the turf per their advice, only to be met with vague excuses and shifting timelines. The haulier hadn't managed to get the turf where it needed to be and I was told they would look into a courier etc. but at the end of the day, they couldn't deliver after stringing me along with excuses from 9 AM. After then being promised an 8 AM delivery on Thursday 9th, which resulted in another morning off, the delivery window was pushed back repeatedly (9:30 AM, then 11 AM, then noon) until I finally insisted on a fresh batch delivered at the weekend. Incredibly, the original, likely dead by this point, turf arrived unannounced on Friday afternoon which I refused. When I managed to speak to a director named Rob, he was dismissive and defensive, even suggesting his own losses outweighed my inconvenience and losses of time off work waiting for deliveries which would never come, and stating he doesn't like to get involved with customer issues and that they would take up too much of his time if he did (clearly a lot of issues). I was offered a partial refund at one point to take Thursday morning delivery but when that never arrived, the discount was pulled too, saying that was only because I was saving them sending a fresh batch out, so I've had no level of compensation for my own losses. Saturday came and by 9 AM again no tracking info so I called the office. Guess what! Delayed again and the haulier has messed up again. Fortunately, the haulier/company (I don't know who paid for this) got the turf onto a courier's van and got it to me by lunchtime on Saturday, so another whole morning spent and lost waiting for deliveries. If I hadn't chased at 9 AM, it would have been another failed delivery. Whilst Chrissie in the office was somewhat helpful, she is clearly hamstrung by poor management and what her directors allow her to do to sort out the company's failings. Chrissie's colleague in the office was dismissive when I spoke to her on the phone. This company operates with a blatant disregard for their customers' time and professional commitments and likes fobbing people off; save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
